Semaglutide

Semaglutide is indicated for chronic weight management in individuals with a body mass index (BMI) that is considered to be outside of the healthy range and should be used along side a healthy reduction in caloric intake and increase in physical activity.

What is Semaglutide?

Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). This is a hormone that is naturally produced by the body that impacts the regulation of blood sugar. Semaglutide works by stimulating the pancreas to increase the release of insulin. Due to the additional insulin released, the stomach will empty over an extended period of time which sends a message and the brain receives signals of "being full".

How it works.

Semaglutide is injected once weekly for a period of time determined by our physician. We will then have you come in after 6 weeks for a short visit to follow up on your medication, weight loss, and answer any questions you may have about your regimen.

A consultation with our physician is required prior to beginning Semaglutide to determine if you are a candidate.

Pricing

Weeks 1-6

$375

(THIS INCLUDES YOUR CONSULTATION AND FIRST 6 WEEKS OF SEMAGLUTIDE)

Begin our Semaglutide program by scheduling a consultation with Dr. Bullock to discuss your weight loss and health goals and decide if Semaglutide is for you.

We will perform blood work in office and order your first 6 week supply of Semaglutide. We will contact you once it has arrived and see you in the office for your first injection. We will then provide you with your next 5 weeks of injections

Weeks 7-12

$300

Once you have completed your first 6 weeks of Semaglutide. We will contact you prior to ordering your next round to check in and discuss how you are doing. Once your next round has arrived, we will have you come to the office for a visit with our RN where we will check your weight and vitals and discuss your progress.

Weeks 13-18

$300

We will continue to have you come into our office every 6 weeks for a nurse visit and check in on your progress.

Each of these visits we will provide you with your next 6 week supply of Semaglutide. For most patients we will increase your dose approximately every 4-6 weeks depending on your goals and progress.

Week 19+

$300-$375

We will continue the same steps as the previous rounds and continue to monitor you and your progress along the way until you have achieved your goals as discussed by you and Dr. Bullock.
